By accessing or purchasing from PrintMyPrep, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of our website, including customers, visitors, and contributors.

1. Orders, Cancellations, and Refunds

All submitted orders are final and cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded, so please review your selections carefully before submitting your order. Once an order is submitted we try to get it printed as soon as possible, and there's not much of a way to change things once that's started.

Realistically, we'll definitely do what we can to accommodate your situation within reason. If you let us know of any needed changes or cancellations before we start printing, we'll gladly do what we can to help you. However, please note that such accommodations would be entirely at our discretion, and that such accommodations may not be possible if we've started printing your order.

2. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. While we cannot be responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, we are committed to assisting you in tracking your order and providing updates as needed.

3. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account details for all purchases. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact us so we can assist in correcting the information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of being fraudulent or unauthorized.

4. Website Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Reproducing, copying, selling, or exploiting any part of our products, services, or website without explicit permission is prohibited.

5. Customer Satisfaction & Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, errors can occur. If you are dissatisfied with your printed materials due to quality issues or mistakes on our part, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe. We are committed to working with you to correct errors—whether through reprints, adjustments, or other solutions—to ensure your satisfaction.

6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time by posting revisions on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of those updates.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Responsibility

PrintMyPrep does not claim ownership of or create content submitted by customers for printing. All submitted materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the rights to use, reproduce, or distribute the submitted content. We act solely as a printing service and do not verify intellectual property rights; therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.

Customers are responsible for the content of their printed materials, including adherence to any relevant rules or guidelines (such as exam regulations). If you have specific requests concerning compliance or content restrictions, please communicate these details to us so we can assist you appropriately.

8. Order Processing and Production Timeframes

Orders are processed and produced in the order received. Typical production times are specified at checkout but may vary depending on order complexity, volume, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by supply chain issues or high order volume.

9. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed before production begins. We accept the payment methods specified on our website. In the event of payment failure or dispute, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.

10. Privacy Policy and Data Security

We respect your privacy, and strive to keep your information secure. Your information may be shared to a limited degree to help facilitate your order (for example, we may need to share your information with our shipping partners to deliver your order), but only to the degree necessary to complete the order.

Any information you provide to us is stored securely, and no sensitive payment details are retained on our servers (payment details are transmitted to our payment processor via an encrypted connection).

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.

PrintMyPrep was born out of one simple truth: bar prep is hard enough without your print shop giving you a headache, too.

We've gone through the Ontario bar process, so we got all too familiar with how it goes:

You ask for 'double-sided, spiral bound, split into booklets by section', and what you get back is a shrug, a 72-hour wait for a quote that looks like it was generated by a dartboard, and a follow-up email asking, "Wait, what exactly did mean by 'booklet'?". One shop starts asking you about 'margin bleeds', while another thinks you're threatening them when you mention it.

We've been there. And maybe it wasn't quite that bad, but it was still a pain. So we decided we can do better, and in 2023, we did exactly that.

No more chasing quotes. No more clarifying obscure terminology and details. No more wondering if your precious booklets will show up on time.

Instead, we provide a simple order process focused on the specific requirements you actually care about, and an absurdly fast turnaround time to get your materials at your door within a few days of you clicking "Confirm".

We're also proudly and wholly Canadian-owned, which means you don't have to worry about your order being help up in customs or racking up a surprise 35% tariff because it happened to be Thursday.

Honestly, it's as simple as it sounds! Once your order goes through, we print, bind, and tab the materials according to your specifications.

Once that's done we'll notify you with your shipping details (or that they're ready for pickup, if you prefer).

Absolutely! You'll have the chance to upload them when placing your order.

Of course; we're not barbarians.

We print on standard 8.5" x 11", 20lb paper with a 96 brightness rating. Binding is plastic spiral, which is important for allowing the pages to lay flat.

We typically deliver your order within 2-4 business days from when it's placed.

Occasionally, during high-volume periods delivery may take an extra few days; we'll give you a heads up if we expect any delays!

Tabs are inserted directly into the printed materials and bound together with each booklet.

Tabs are organized numerically by chapter, based on the Table of Contents. For instance, Barrister materials have tabs numbered 1-74, and Solicitor materials have tabs numbered 1-68.

Bruh. We just print stuff.

The UofT Indices are a special case this year: UofT didn't create separate pagination for Solicitor Professional Responsibility for 2025-2026. Instead, they've recommended printing two copies of the Barrister Professional Responsibility booklet.

The Rules of Professional Conduct and By-Laws are included within the Barrister Professional Responsibility booklet for this exam season.
